I’m a facilitator and menopause coach who works with women one-on-one and with organisations at every level. I create a non-judgmental space of deep trust where you can slow down, see yourself clearly, and make practical changes that stick. Together, we deepen self-awareness, build on strengths, and explore growth so you can lead yourself at home, at work, and in every season of life. I believe that when we live with purpose and act in alignment with our values, we realise our full potential and create meaningful results.
For 20+ years, I served as a regulated health professional before moving into the corporate world, where my passion for transformation, execution, and change leadership came alive. My own perimenopause journey led me to study this stage in depth and to teach others with a holistic lens, partnering with trusted professionals so women in all phases (peri, menopause, post-menopause) receive comprehensive support.

Health + Corporate: 20+ years as a regulated health professional, then corporate leader 10+ years bridging clinical understanding with organizational realities.
Advocacy: I model self-advocacy and help women find their voice with healthcare providers, families, and workplaces.
Holistic lens: Evidence-informed guidance that integrates lifestyle, medical literacy, stress and sleep strategies, movement, nutrition, mindset, and community.
Collaborative network: I partner with physiotherapists, naturopaths, nutritionists, psychologists, hormone specialists and other specialists to support your unique journey end-to-end.
